Built to do this.
Not to scale it.
Where it
started — and
why it stuck.
Simplify Recruiting didn't begin with a business plan. It began with a family connection and a problem worth solving. In 2019, a fast-growing health tech startup needed to build its leadership team — and needed someone who understood both technology and people well enough to get it right.
That first engagement became the foundation. Placing the right leaders into a startup at a critical moment — and watching those leaders change the trajectory of the business — made clear this was the work worth doing.
Since then, every engagement has been built on the same principle: understand the business deeply enough that the search finds the right person, not just an available one.
The placement that
became a
CEO story.
In 2022, we placed a Chief Customer Officer into a client organization. Three years later, that individual was appointed CEO of the company. It's the clearest evidence of what precision search produces — not just a hire, but a leader whose impact compounds over time.
This is what we mean when we say quality over volume. Anyone can fill a seat. The work is in finding the person who changes what the seat can become.
Precision over volume
We don't measure success by how many profiles we send. We measure it by how quickly the right person is in the seat — and how long they stay. A shortlist of three qualified candidates is worth more than a stack of thirty.
Understanding before searching
Every search begins with a question: what does this leader actually need to accomplish? We don't start sourcing until we can answer that clearly. The scoping conversation isn't a formality — it's the work.
Accountability through close
Our job doesn't end at the offer letter. We stay involved through negotiation, counteroffer, and transition — because the last ten percent of a search is where most of them fall apart.
