This website is operated by Precise Talent Services, Inc. (DBA Simplify Recruiting), an executive technology recruiting firm based in Illinois. We provide retained and contingency executive search services to client organizations, and connect qualified candidates with leadership opportunities.

Client engagements

Client organizations that engage Simplify Recruiting for search services do so under separate written agreements that govern fees, timelines, exclusivity, and placement guarantees. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding engagement or fee arrangement. All commercial terms are agreed in writing prior to commencing a search.
